– If you know what you’re doing, every restaurant that you rent should have profit.
– For a small-medium restaurant, you should have 4 cooks, 4 waiters (so 8 cooks in total, 8 waiters), and 3 delivery boys.
If you see that you get a lot of customers, train all your staff, especially for speed.
If the customers leave without getting their pizzas, just add one or two cooks/waiters.
– Always use the custom made pizzas at the start of each city.
– Rent a lot of restaurants, don’t be afraid. As I said, once you know what to do, your restaurants will get profit even if they are rented and regardless of their location.
Set up simple furniture.
– Always have a cooking stove with 3 levels.
– It’s good to train your staff, as a sold pizza rewards you with around 1000 dollars. A lost customer means a lot compared to the price it takes to train your staff.
I will list each city from the campaign, and give you some tips and tricks regarding how to finish the missions.
London
This one is very easy, just build your level 3 Headquarters, hire a courier and put a rat into an opponent restaurant.
Also, since you have a lot of money in this city, rent every restaurant and don’t set furnishing in it.
You will get + stats for your character.
Berlin
In this city, you need to focus on Big Shots.
Get the restaurant that is near the opera.
Decorate it superior, big ovens, set the music to Classical or Jazz.
Madrid
To drive a restaurant to ruin, just build one next to an opponent.
The customers needs to visit your restaurant instead.
“Build a first class restaurant with 1 gourmet star”, in this case, build a superior large restaurant, big ovens.
Pay the mayor as much as you can.
The mayor will visit restaurants all the time, at some point, after he visits yours, he will reward you with the “gourmet star”.
Pizza Tycoon 2 tips and tricks Paris
Rent as many restaurants as you can.
In Paris it is easy to make money, so you will have plenty of money to build restaurants.

Only that for me, demanding money from other restaurants didn’t worked.
There are only two other competitors and the time runs out before I demand enough money.
I guess it could work if you leave restaurants for the competitors to rent, and just slowly run them into ruin.
New York
Haven’t reached this city yet because at some point I had to quit the game.
However, if you have passed all the other cities, most likely you know a lot about the game to pass this city as well.
