How to cure CPPS with stretches?

In this article, I’m going to list some of the best and most efficient stretches for CPPS, in order to improve or even cure your condition.

There are many videos on YouTube, but it’s hard to keep up with the video, always having to look at the phone to know what stretching exercise to do.

Ger your yoga mat, get your phone, check the pictures and do the stretching exercises for as long as you like and feel comfortable, 3-5-10-30 minutes, one hour etc.

1. Squat stretch: 5-10-15 minutes.

A comfortable position, stay like this for as long as you like.

Once in this position, breath deep into your belly, slowly letting go of any tension.

2. Push stretch: 2-5 minutes.

Stay in this position for as long as you can as it’s not an easy position.

Put your hands on your knees and push gently.

3. Legs on the wall: 10-20-30 minutes.

A very comfortable stretch.

Distance the legs as much as you feel comfortable (the angle).

You can raise the legs up on an wall, on a yoga mat, or even sitting in your bed.

You can stay in this position for as long as you like, as it’s very comfortable.

Also, you can alternate with standing like this.

4. Back stretch: 5-10 minutes.

Also a very comfortable position, stay like that for a couple of minutes or for as long as you like, but don’t overstretch your back.

Breath deep into your belly.

5. Butterfly stretch: 5-10 minutes.

This position is a bit difficult.

Try to put a bit of pressure on your pelvic area, by stretching as much as you can, as seen in the picture.

A few other tips regarding CPPS

Avoid cycling, standing in the saddle or up, standing on the pedals, with no saddle contact.
If you really don’t want to quit cycling, just limit it for two rides a month and switch to other activities like jogging.

Avoid cold temperatures.

Do not stay in a chair too much, especially if it’s a chair with a hard surface.

If you work sitting, get the most comfortable office chair that you can find, one with a lot of soft padding.

Don’t look at the price because the doctors will cost more.

Try to relax often, get your body in shape, lose weight as it will put less pressure on your pelvic area when sitting.

Improve your blood pressure values, try to be in the best mental state as you can, as the CPPS condition can be quite stressful.
