A big inconvenient for Civilization 5 is that you have to press the “next turn” button all the time.
The game doesn’t show this but you can also press “enter” (from keyboard), it will act like you are clicking on the “next turn” button.
If you have a Razer Naga or any device that supports key-binding, you can assign “enter” to something else, for example on my Razer Naga, I can press button “5” from the side and it will act like I’m pressing “enter”. Much more comfortable.
Just run Razer Synapse 2.0, create a new profile for Civilization and macro button “5” to “enter”.
I’m sure that there are other programs that allow to reassign keyboard keys. You can assign “enter” to “space”.
