Diablo 3 Razer Synapse macro – playing without pressing left click?

In this article, I will explain how to play Diablo 3 with Razer Synapse macro, and also playing the game without pressing the left click.

If you are like me and your hand hurts after long sessions of Diablo 3, good news, you can create a macro in Razer Synapse and you won’t have to press left click to target / move / kill mobs.

All you need is either a Razer keyboard or a mouse that are compatible with Synapse 2.0 or the modern one, Synapse 3.0.

The macro is very simple. Here is how you can create it.

How to create the macro in Razer Synapse?

From Razer Synapse 2.0 > “macros”, press the “create macro” button, set “no delay” > press the “space” keyboard key, twice. Your macro should look like in our image.

Now, assign the macro to a button from your keyboard. I got it on “Insert” because I never use “Insert” and I have really no idea what is for.

Assign the macro to “Insert” and select “toggle continuous playback on/off using assigned key”. This means that you can enable/disable the macro by pressing the “Insert” key.

Once in Diablo 3, reassign “left click” to “space” from key bindings (options > key bindings).

Now start a game and test the macro. If you have assigned to macro to “Insert”, press it and you will see that your character will move around without you clicking on the ground. The same goes for attacking mobs. You don’t need to have left click pressed to attack them.

All you have to do is to move the mouse (that is moving your character). You will see on the ground that the macro is spam-clicking.

Update, I’ve found even a better setup

Create the same macro in Razer Synapse, but replace “space” with “left click”.

Assign the following skills for the following keys (this is my setup; what is important is “Frenzy” and “Revenge”) (I play a barbarian):

“Frenzy” – left click (the macro will spam left clicks). The downside is that you pick every item from the ground if you move the mouse above those items. There is no problem for resurrecting players, go to portals etc.

“Ignore Pain” – right click.

“Sprint” – mouse wheel up.

“Warcry” – mouse wheel down.

“Wrath of the Berserker” – scroll click.

“Revenge” – “space”.

Basically, you only need to keep your left hand on the space bar and press it when you want to use “Revenge”. There is no need to press “left click” at all.
