After level 10-20 in wow, key bindings will really be necessary since you will have to use more than 4 skills/spells that were assigned usually on the 1, 2, 3 and 4 keys.
Usually every wow class has around 30-40 skills that require key bindings, however you can create macros to combine them that will result in saving one key.
In order to assign a key bind, press escape in game and click on key bindings, and there click on things and then press keys to assign, it is very easy to use.
This is a list with the easiest keys to press sorted by the difficulty of pressing them with your fingers

Counting, 30 keys and key combos you can assign for your wow key bindings.
If you have weird fingers you can try even shift + 5 for example.
Also if you got the money, you can purchase a Razer Naga mouse (has keys on the left side of the mouse), saving your keyboard keys.
Using these key bindings will require some serious practice to get used to them, for example pressing Shift + Space and keep moving at the same time, either run with W and Jump (space), then fast Shift + Space while your char will keep going forward from the jump. Or left click + right click (your char will run).
