The only issue in the video here is that the images from the two sides monitors are stretched a little, probably an extra software is required to fix the “alien view”. The image becomes a little stretched on the side monitors, near their edges the image is going really stretched.
The resolutions will appear in World of Warcraft’s video options depending what monitors are connected. Setting three monitors to run on the same system will require serious hardware power and a few expensive cables.
