If you notice that your Spotify account gets some restrictions like you have a limited time of listening music, then you should know that your free account has more than six months since it was created.
This is a normal restriction applied by Spotify. What you can do is to create another free account or to upgrade to premium service.
If you choose to create another account, you will lose your saved playlists, you basically start fresh.
The minutes restriction is limiting the listening to around 10 hours per week. You can find more if you contact the Spotify support service.
