Magria and Ankha are the two new spirit beasts (hunter pet) that were added in the latest patch, 4.2 (Cataclysm expansion).
Both Magria (blue), Ankha (green) have the same look as the old Gondria from Wrath of the Lich King, except the colors.

Ankha has the same looks except the green color. Also the avatar looks greener.
These two pets are spawning on the same locations, one at a time.

Both pets spawn in Mount Hyjal, where the Firelands dailies are taking place (the ones from the outside of the Firelands front).
Make sure to do the quests in Mount Hyjal and unlock the third and final phase.
Taming Magria And Ankha Tactics
These pets will one shot anyone who is attacking them if those have the armor value higher than 0 (zero).
This condition implemented by Blizzard is to ensure that the other players will not kill these pets by accident or bad intentions :).
Nobody will really bother to take their armor off their character and kill them.
So they are only for hunters to be tamed.
As a hunter, you need to wear no armor, you can still have the shirt and tabard (those have no armor), check to have the exact 0 (zero) armor value on your character window.
Use equipment manager to create a new outfit (with no armor).
Once you spot Magria or Ankha, just go and use the “tame beast” ability , they don’t hit that hard.
Magria and Ankha pet taming tips
– assign your hearthstone to Shrine of Aviana (Mount Hyjal), it will help you with your camping, you can get back to Stormwind or Orgrimmar using the Wrap of Unity (guild reward).
– get the NPCSCAN addon, without this addon, it is really hard to spot the pets.

How to use NPCSCAN. Just make sure to delete those cache files if you spot either Magria or Ankha on other players, check the tutorial.
– you can camp on the spawning areas or just go there everyday and roam the path where the pets spawn.
– ask your guild fellows to tell you if they spot any of the pets when they are doing the Firelands dailies.
This is where you need to camp and search for the pets, anywhere until that portal.
