Shoulders: Pristine Lightforge Spaulders. Heirloom item that can be bought with Honor points. Check the pvp vendors from Orgrimmar and Stormwind.
Chest: Conqueror’s Breastplate. AH, mob drop.
Gloves: Conqueror’s Gauntlets. AH, mob drop.
Belt: Conqueror’s Girdle. AH, mob drop.
Pants: Conqueror’s Legplates. AH, mob drop.
Boots: Conqueror’s Greaves. AH, mob drop.
Tabard: a yellow tabard or Arathor Battle Tabard. The Arathor Battle Tabard can be easily obtained but you will have to farm Arathi Basin for a long time.
Weapon: Stormrune Edge. Two handed sword from Ulduar.
All the “Conqueror” gear is dropped by random mobs from The Burning Crusade raids. You might find them for sale in Auction House.
Since all the gear is plate, it can be used by both paladins and warriors.
