Reforge the following items to get the perfect 5% and the highest crit chance possible since the Marksman and Beastmaster specs are both crit chance dependent. Notice that the 5% hit rating is reached without using any hit rating enchants or gems.
Head: reforged from mastery into crit chance.
Necklace: from mastery into crit
Shoulders: haste into hit
Cloack: no reforge since it has crit chance
Chest: no reforge, same as on cloack
Wrist: no reforge, pure hit rating
Gloves: reforge from hit to crit
Belt: no reforge, it has pure crit
Legs: reforge from haste to crit
Feet: reforge from haste to hit
The rings should stay as they are, no reforging.
This reforging strategy will ensure the highest crit chance, around 23,57% crit chance with a perfect 5% hit rating for PVP.
