If you have a printer installed and you want to uninstall it and remove the drivers stored in Windows, follow these steps.
For Windows 7 or Windows 10, type in the search bar: “printui /s /t2”.
And hit “Enter”.
This action will open a window that will display all the drivers associated with printers that you have been previously installed.
Select the driver you want to be removed and click on the “Remove driver”.
At this time, make sure that your printer is not in the process of printing anything.
Pick to remove/delete the driver.
After that, you can try to install a fresh driver.
