I’ve encountered this bug when playing The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle Earth. After attacking a wild land, the UI was stuck with displaying “fighting”. I’ve received the mail report for the fight and after that the game got stuck for good.
After restarting, my troops where nowhere, not in my city and not on that conquered field. They were just gone.
This is a common bug as others are complaining about it on the official forums.
After around 30 minutes, my troops were back in city and the might value was back to normal. I don’t know yet if it was just a normal reset or I got my troops back because I sent a support ticket.
If this bug happens to you, wait 30 minutes – 1 hour or send a support ticket. You go to kabam.com (the developers of The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle Earth), select “The Hobbit” from the list with the games, click on “support”, click on “game problems”, click on any item from that list and from the next window, click on “Need more help? Contact us”.
You should be redirected to a page from where you can write your issue and send the message to the support team.
