First of all, Worldspan doesn’t have any option regarding what ink color to use when printing.
There is an option in Control Panel and you can choose to print only by using black ink. This should also apply for Worldspan.
If you can’t print anything from Worldspan, do the following tests:
Create a notepad document with some basic text and print it. If your text doesn’t get printed, it is most likely that the issue is with your printer, not from Worldspan.
But if your text gets printed, the problem is with Worldspan.
Further, verify if your printer doesn’t appear with an unusual name, check from printers and faxes. If it has an unusual name, Worldspan doesn’t recognize it and that’s why it doesn’t work.
In that case, contact the customer support from Worldspan.
