Thunderbird system integration keeps popping up, asking for system integration?

Start Thunderbird. Go to options > advanced > config editor > accept. Right click on any item there, click on “new integer”.

Add the value: ‘mail.winsearch.firstRunDone‘. And close. Restart your Thunderbird, the popup should not appear anymore.
