If you want to get rid of the boot options that will allow you to select what Windows version you want to run, follow these steps.
Right click on My computer, properties, Advanced system settings.
At startup and recovery, click on settings.
Be sure to select the version of Windows you want to use by default and uncheck the “time to display..” option. Click ok and then ok again.
Restart your computer. It should now boot on the version of Windows you have selected there.
