In order to reset the kit transfer for a HP Color LaserJet 8500/8550 printer, follow these steps.
Press the “Menu” button until you see on the display “Resets Menu”.
Press the “Item” button until you see on the display “Reset transfer life count”.
Press the “Select” button in order to do the reset.
Finally, press the “Go” button.
