In order to reset, follow these steps.
Shut down the printer from the main button.
Start the printer from the main button while keeping pressed the “Utility – Counter” button.
Click “Trouble Reset” on the screen and you should see the “ok” message.
Shut down and start the printer.
This should solve your issue.
