The msconfig launcher cannot be found in Windows/windows32, at least for me, on Windows 10.
Here is a trick on how to launch it, even if you cannot type anything in the search bar from the taskbar. This happens mostly if you are in Safe Mode on Windows 10.
Right click on the Windows start button and click on “run” and then type “msconfig” in the new search window that pops up.
This way, you can just disable the Safe Mode boot by going to the “Boot” tab and uncheck the “Boot” option.
