That’s pretty easy, just keep hitting the “F8” key since your computer/laptop boots (since you press the power button).
Other than this, there is another method but this one can only be set from Windows.
It works like this: press the “Start” button, type in the search bar: “msconfig” and hit “enter”.
From the new window, click on the “Boot” tab and enable “Safe Boot”. After that, just restart your PC and wait for it to boot into Safe Mode.
