If you have refilled the cartridge for your Canon MX395 and you can’t print anything, here are a few ideas of what might be wrong.
The problem with this printer as with other recent released printers is that the cartridge has a chip.
For some printers, mostly old printers, this chip can be reset so you can use the cartridge after a normal refill. For some, this reset is not possible.
Even if you try to reset the printer after inserting the refilled cartridge, the function might not respond.
A tweak from Windows that you can try. Set the color to black only from Control Panel, Printers, your printer (Canon MX395).
It might work, so your printer will use by default the black ink.
