In order to reset this error, follow these steps.
Turn the printer off.
Press the “Resume/Cancel” button. While keeping it pressed, press the “Power” button.
Now, while pressing the “Power” button, release the “Resume/Cancel” button.
Moving on, while pressing the “Power” button, press “Resume/Cancel” three times and then release both buttons.
Note: while pressing the “Resume/Cancel” button, the LED color should change from orange to green.
When the LED won’t flash anymore and it will become green, press the “Resume/Cancel” button four times.
Note: while pressing the “Resume/Cancel” button, the LED color should change from orange to green.
Now, press the “Power” button. The LED should have the green color.
Turn off/turn on the printer.
You should not have the error anymore.
